Good Monday Everyone!  Kissing February sayonara this week!  I am always happy to see February pass quickly.  It’s usually a gray month — plus we are that much closer to Spring!  Who’s with me?  Speaking of gray, this sweater is simply PERFECTO for taking you into the warmer temperatures as winter draws to a close.  I sized up to a medium because I like the sleeves longer on this style for a baggier look.  It’s a very comfortable knit and I love the light gray color.  Also comes in many other yummy colors as well. I’m all mixed up. Today feels like Tuesday!  Right?  Ugg, the President’s holiday threw my week off entirely!  Now, my other boy is sick this week and I have a touch of whatever they’ve had!  So, I’m going to be brief today as I’m really behind around my house!  REALLY BEHIND!  Looks like a bomb exploded!  I saw this pretty Springlike color block sweater while perusing ASOS.  I love it!  The cream piece that hangs from the V-Neck really adds a bit of unique to this piece!  It really is eye catching..don’t you think?  Anyway, it was the perfect weather when we shot this look.  It was in the mid 60’s.  We are STILL having a warm spell here but COLD returns on the weekend.  Hope you are having a great hump day and that your week isn’t as “off” as mine has been.  See you Friday friends!

Happy President’s Day!  Here in Southwest Michigan/Northern Indiana we’ve had CRAZY nice weather!  This weekend was in the mid 60’s, sunny and calm!  I recently spotted this lightweight trench on Anthropologie for an additional 40 percent off !  The color caught my eye.  I’m loving creams, blushes and greys.  It was the perfect piece for this weekend and will be super handy as we transition to Spring.  Spring weather can be really wacky and cool here so it’s great to have something lightweight to throw on.  what I love about this is, that it can go great with jeans or even dress it up more over a dress or a skirt.  Hope you are having mild weather wherever you are.  Here’s to the start of a great week!  See you Wednesday!  Thanks for stopping over.

T-G-I-F!! Long week — glad it’s winding down.  My boy had the flu and just went back to school yesterday.  Good news is that we are supposed to hit temperatures in the 60’s with lots of sunshine this weekend here in SW Michigan! We’ve barely had any winter and that’s likely because my husband bought a plow for his truck this year. We have a long drive and we figured it would pay for itself.  LOL!  He called it…He said there would be no snow now that we are prepared for it.  So true!  Anyway, on to the outfit…I’m absolutely in love with this Free people camo jacket.  It’s just the perfect amount of fading and it is on the more soft and worn-in side..  So many of these style jackets can be kind of stiff and uncomfortable.  Not this one..it’s a keeper!  Will be perfect as we look towards the Spring.! Wowza, Wednesday Already!  Week is flying by!  Boy one is home with the true blue flu so it’s been tough to get a lot accomplished.  He is doing great.  What a nasty bug!  Tamiflu is kicking in and hopefully this will be gone in no time.  He got his flu shot in the Fall too!  I’m just praying I don’t get it next!  Do you shop ASOS?  They have so many fun styles.  While looking for other things, I came across this grey sweatshirt with the pom pom sleeves.  Definitely a conversation piece and oh so fun to wear!  It’s very soft too!  You’ll be seeing pom poms on EVERYTHING this Spring and I mean EVERYTHING —  Beach bags, sandals, earrings, shirts and cover ups!  Wait until you see the GORGEOUS white coverup that just arrived on my doorstep yesterday.  It has tons of colorful pom poms on white.  I’ll try to Instagram it soon.  It’s sooo cute!  I love this sweatshirt with white.  I have no qualms wearing white year round.  These jeans are awesome!  Hope you had a fun Valentine’s Day yesterday!  We will see you here on Friday and everyday on Instagram: @dawnedonmeblog
