Nubby Knit Top

Happy Monday! One week to go and Spring Break begins! So ready for a vacation! We’re heading down to Southwest Florida with our boys. My mom and dad are down in the same community and we are also looking to meeting up with our “Florida” friends for fun at the pool. My favorite part is that we are literally down the road from some very good shopping plus there is a Trader Joe’s!! (We don’t have one near here) Anywhooo, The name of my top is “found my friend”…and it really is true! This “sweatshirt” is so comfy and will be on repeat a lot this Spring. It will definitely be my good “friend.” LOL It also comes in some other yummy colors so check it out in the link above! Also, notice my bag? It’s a great designer dupe of the Chloe Faye bag. It’s very well constructed and nice quality! I recommend if you are in the market to save a whole bunch of money..who isn’t right? BLUSH MAXI CARDI

Good Friday to you! It felt like a long week. As some of you know, my husband shoots all my looks for me but the problem is, his job as an airline pilot and flying the friendly skies, often gets in the way. LOL! He’s been gone almost 2 weeks and I’m running out of content! Good news is, he returns this weekend and will be home for a week before we leave for Florida for Spring Break with the boys! I have TONS of new looks I’ve been “gathering” aka shopping for — so next week will be a fun, yet very busy week to say the least! I bet you might be saying “another cardigan??”…sorry, I love them. This one is longer and warmer. I love the ribbed sweater material in this blush color. It’s been pretty cold here this week but things are slowly warming up! Again, another great travel piece! Spring Cardigan Ideas

Happy Hump Day! While we are officially into Spring, many of us are still dealing with pretty crisp temperatures. The cardigan coat I have on today is a perfect piece to transition into the season. This particular one came out in late January as many Spring styles do and it is already sold out. Doesn’t matter really. Spring Cardigan

Happy Monday! Better yet: Happy First Day of Spring! Here in Northwest Indiana/Southwest Michigan, Spring usually takes a bit to get here. Today’s look may not scream “Spring” but it’s a perfect outfit on days where a coat is simply no longer necessary! Yeah! I’m usually always freezing cold so I know a cardigan like this will take me well into the Springtime as the weather can be so erratic! I love the chunky knit and the pockets. This has been a popular Abercrombie new release. If you can’t find it in your size, I’ve put a couple other options above. (I’m wearing a medium) A little tip when I really want a certain item out of stock is to just check the site numerous times a day. It doesn’t take but a second while you’re online and almost always, (at least for me) the size I need pops into stock. Takes persistence! lol! Anyway, hope you are having a great start to the week!

Spring Tunic

Happy Friday! I sure hope you can get some value from today’s post! That’s because I almost FROZE to death shooting this look this week — AND my husband almost slipped on black ice holding his mac daddy Canon!! NO KIDDING! The wind chill was in the teens! It was INSANE! I was dying! LOL! Just kidding..well, sort of! Anyway, this pretty and delicate flowing top couldn’t be further from this winter-like weather and really screams Spring! It’s very comfortable and I think it runs TTS. Wearing small! I HAD to wear a long sleeve tee under it due to the cold. You would not have to wear anything under it though. I also just recently got this pretty spring suede clutch! I ADORE the way you can carry it! Don’t you? Hope you enjoy the last weekend of Winter! Woot Woot!

Spring Florals

Weather has been BRUTAL this week! It’s so cold (with wind, in the teens) and miserable! I keep sitting by my favorite little space heater to warm up! My hands are always like ice! Oh well, Spring is less than a week away and I can’t wait! This floral Free People sweater is so pretty and comfy. It runs large!! I kind of feel it’s more like a fun, dressed up sweatshirt rather than a sweater. But it’s called a sweater in the description. (I’m wearing an XS) Macy’s is having an AMAZING sale that technically starts Wednesday but code VIP will score you an ADDITIONAL 30 percent off this top and many other awesome Free People pieces! Many items not normally discounted are part of this sale as well which makes it one of the better ones! On Friday, I’ll showcase another pretty top I got also 30 percent of this week at Macy’s.
