When it comes to shopping, one of my favorite things to search for are accessories!  Accessories tie an outfit together and really complete the  look in my opinion.  Needless to say, I was so excited when JORD watches reached out and introduced me to its line of beautifully crafted wood watches!  Talk about unique and different than any other watch I’ve worn before!  This gorgeous mint faced watch with a dark sandalwood strap immediately caught my eye!  I always look for accessories that “pop” and this one certainly delivers!  I’ve gotten so many compliments on it!

I own a lot of watches but what made my experience with JORD (pronounced yoad, like toad with a “y” – I know, you’re thinking what? right?) unique and so convenient was that it was already sized for me when it arrived at my door!  The website has a super easy, printable sizing guide.  All you do is print it out, measure your wrist, and send in your size with the order.  My watch arrived in a few days in a beautifully packaged wooden box, wrapped around a burlap pillow.  The box also contains a soft dust cloth and a neat little pullout drawer similar to a humidor, to store your watch.  VERY cool!  (My spare links were included as well in the event I ever need to resize my watch.)

So, if you’re stumped for the perfect Mother’s Day present,  (May 14th) a wood watch should be on your gifting radar.  Everyone’s watch should do more than just tell time.  I think my Jord Frankie does just that! TGIF!  Hope you all have exciting plans for the weekend!  Here’s another look from our Spring break in Florida!  Remember that red and white checked dress I posted last week?  Today’s dress is by the same designer, Milk It Vintage.  I adore these dresses!  They are so “springy” and adorable!  I styled it with my perforated booties! Happy Monday.  Here in South Bend many celebrate Dyngus Day  today–  It’s a tradional Polish holiday.  After the long lenten holiday, Dyngus Day is a day to eat more sausage , have fun and generally take it easy after Easter Sunday.  I ate so much yesteray,  that I think I’ll get back on the wagon pronto..no dyngusing for me . LOL!  I’ll keep it brief as I’m pooped after hosting Easter dinner for the family.  Anyway, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this Free people cardigan.  It’s GREAT for Spring days with its half sleeves.  I also love the ties on it.  Comes in several colors!  I also really adore these mules!  They are very comfy!  I sized up a 1/2 size.  Hope you had a wonderful holiday weekend!  Time to put away all my Easter decorations and go clean out my closets!  Ugh!  I dread that job don’t you?  Have a happy Monday and thanks for stopping by the blog!

Kids  are off school today and I’m going casual!  I recently stumbled upon a blogger wearing a pair of the Gucci Princetown loafers sooo similar to the ones I’m wearing here.  The only difference…hmmm, let me see….about about $747.00 dollars!  No kidding!  These are the cutest shoes and they look just like the real thing.  Of course, let’s not kid ourselves.  There is very little quality in these shoes but for the 33 bucks I paid…so what if they don’t last forever right?  LoL!  They are super comfortable but there is a major drawback.  If you have a foot bigger than an 8 forget it!  I wear an 8 and I ordered these in the largest size available which is 40.  Not sure why they don’t have bigger sizes but they are very inexpensive and that might explain it.  Not sure.  I  also love these longer denim shorts.  Not always easy to find!  They are lightweight and super soft and you need them!  The cardigan is still available and on major sale!  Even in Florida, I got a lot of use from it!  Hope you have a good day and a Happy Easter weekend! Just got back from Spring break and back to reality!  It’s always hard getting back into the swing of routine after nice vacations!  I really enjoyed the Florida sunshine and the beautiful background for a lot of our shoots.  Today’s look is a BARGAIN girls!  This bell cuff Tee is only 10 bucks!  Please keep in mind though, that Shein’s items tend to run very small.  I’m wearing a large.  I find it is sometimes hard to order because the sizing can really vary and be WAY off!  Also a few notes on the other items in my look today.  The Cult Gaia ark tote sold out again.
