So here are my favorite beauty products from the Sephora VIB sale 2018:

SKINCARE:

Drunk Elephant T.L.C. Sukari Babyfacial – I have been using this mask for about 3 months and I am in LOVE with it!  I use it once a week and although pricey, totally worth it and now is the time to get it during the sale!  When I first used it, it felt like a million pins going into my face! I was dying and thinking no way can I do this!  I sucked it up and in seconds, the pain was gone.  You wear it for 20 minutes and rinse.  I feel like this stuff miraculously lifts the junk to the surface and totally cleanses my pores.  My skin seems more soft and vibrant.  While it’s an initial investment when you break down each use money-wise it’s at least under 10 bucks per use.  WAY cheaper than having a professional facial.  Read the reviews.  I think you’ll agree!

FarmacyGreen Clean Makeup Meltaway Cleansing Balm – OMG!  Love this stuff!  Smells so good and it does what it says!  It literally melts away your make up!  I use this every night.  I slather it all over my face and even over my eye makeup and mascara.  My face just wipes right into my towel!  It leaves your skin so clean and soft.  I no longer need a separate mascara remover after finding this product!

Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask – For as long as I can remember, I’ve always used some sort of lip balm on my lips before bed.  I can’t live without putting a moisturizer on my lips before bed time.  If I travel and forget to pack this, I have to make a special stop to pick something up to keep my lips moist.  After using a ton of products, I have found this one to be the absolute best!  I put this on before bed and it keeps my lips moisturized and feeling soft all day!  It’s so good!  It’s super important to use a moisturizer on your lips and around the the lip line to keep them supple and to avoid those pesky fine lines.  I find this product stays on through the night where so many of the others don’t.  Worth the money!

OLEHENRIKSEN Banana Bright Eye Crème – This is a product that I just received last week.  So far so good!  I really like the formula.  I always wear an eye cream before bed and I like the creamy, thicker consistency formulas.  I feel like the circles around my eyes are not as dark, but the jury is still out.  My tried and true for years as been this one,  Clinique All About The Eyes Rich -you can’t go wrong with this product!

Peter Thomas Roth Water Drench Hyaluronic Cloud Cream – WOWZA! This stuff works!  I’ve been using this moisturizer for about a year and LOVE it!  It works and I have proof! I use the prescription Retin-A Micro and it creates very dry, flakey skin  While you can’t argue with the efficacy of prescription Retin A, it’s not always easy to use and look good at the same time.  When I use Retin-A  in combination with this PTR cloud cream my skin is so much less dry and irritated looking.  I use it before my make up routine each day and before bed!

Donna KaranCashmere Mist Deodorant – This is a bit pricey for a deodorant but it not only has a fabulous scent..it works!  I feel like this product lasts me a long time!  It’s a great time to get it at a reduced cost!

HAIR:

Dyson Hair Dryer – What can I say?  I’m ALL ABOUT Dyson products.  I have more vacuums than I care to admit!  They don’t skimp on technology!  If you’re thinking $400 for a hair dryer, trust me, I was thinking the SAME thing!  One dry and I was hooked!  My hair has never been in better condition since using this dryer.  It cuts down on dry time and the technology in it saves your hair from getting fried.  Dyson always stands by their product.  Your hair is worth the investment.  On a side note, I tired to snag the newest Dyson Styler but it was sold out!  Next time for sure!  Looks like an incredible product!

Verb Ghost Oil – This might just last you a lifetime!  Seriously, you only need a tiny amount and I just love how it smooths my hair,  takes away those little fly aways and frizzys and keeps my hair nicely conditioned.  A little of this goes a LONG way!  For reference, my hair type is fine but I have a ton of it.

BriogeoRosarco Milk Reparative Leave-In Conditioning Spray – I always use a leave in spray conditioner before drying my hair!  I’ve only had this a week but I really like it so far!  I love the spray pump as it distributes the product really well, it smells nice and makes my hair soft and shiny.

FOUNDATION:

Fenty Pro Filt’r Soft Matte Longwear Foundation – I have used this foundation for about 6 months and really like the formula.  I wear it in color 200.  It wears nicely all day and has a nice matte look.

Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation – This foundation just leaves your skin looking so smooth and flawless.  I have been using this for about 2 years and love it.  Doesn’t get cakey or crease.  I wear it in color no. 5

Too Faced Born This Way Foundation – My sister-in-law and niece arrived last Thanksgiving wearing this foundation and they both looked amazing.  Their skin looked flawless and so smooth!  I gave it a try and liked it as much as they do.  I think finding the right color can be a big tricky in this one.  I mix vanilla and light beige for the best color for me.

Beautyblender Bounce Liquid Whip Long Wear Foundation – Just got this last week.  Wasn’t expecting to like it but after a few wears, I’m loving the coverage and the matte finish. It wore nicely all day!  I was surprisingly impressed!  I’m not super crazy about the bottle.  I think the pump can be a bit awkward and clumsy.

It Bye Bye Under Eye Concealer – Concealers can be TRICKY as we age!  I keep coming back to this one.  All you need is a tiny bit and I think it does a stellar job covering up dark circles.  It’s my go to!

LIPS:

Tom Ford Lipstick –  Oh darn!  This was recommended and I took a chance hoping I’d hate it!  ugh!  I LOVED IT!!  It’s sooo expensive!  I won’t breathe a word to my husband that I buy a 55.00 dollar lipstick  (but only on sale) because he’d probably go buy some stupid million dollar golf club or something! Lol!  My “swear by” colors: Paper Doll and Spiced Honey.  My favorite lip liner that I use with EVERYTHING is this one by Mac in Dervish! (not from Sephora)

Urban Decay Lipstick – In the color Native.  (sephora isn’t carrying this anymore) Just wanted to share because I wear this all the time!

Buxom Full-On Plumping Lip Polish –  Love these glosses.  I wear them over top of my lipstick always. My favorites are Abigail and Kimberly

Dior Addict Lip Maximizer Plumping Gloss – This gloss gives you just an incredible shine to whatever your lip color is…it has plumping powers …I’m not sure it gives your lips more fullness after 15 days but it looks pretty on for sure!

THIS AND THAT:

Benefit CosmeticsThe POREfessional Face Primer– I keep coming back to this pore minimizer product.  I have several areas of large pores due to acne when I was younger.  I really find that this product does the best job in filling in those areas to make the skin look nice and smooth and primed for foundation.

COVER FX Custom Enhancer Drops Highlighter –  I love the color Celestial.  Again, a little goes a REAL long way.  I think this is the prettiest highlighter for the cheekbones etc and has the longest staying power.  Careful though, use too much and you can look like the tin man. 🙂

Tom Ford Bronzer Brush no 5 –  This brush is pricey!  I get it!  I gave it a shot after seeing a you tuber recommend it!  I love everything about it.  Can’t describe it but it just puts my bronzer and blush right where I want it.  Try it…you’ll be sorry that  you love it. lol!

Tom Ford Eye Shadow Blend Brush –  Love this brush for shadows!

Kat Von D Concealer Brush – OMG!  I don’t think there is another brush quite like the shape of this one!  It’s great for concealer and the tighter areas around the eyes.  It’s one of my go to brushes daily!!

Tarte Airbrush Finish Bamboo Foundation Brush – I love this brush for putting on my foundation quick and easy! It gets the job done fast and gives your foundation a nice smooth look in no time!  Great for your daily face.

Nars Kabuki Ita Brush –  OMG I am In LOVE with this unique brush!  It gives you super targeted contouring powers! I just recently got it and I am using it daily!  I love it with this bronzer! I find so many bronzers give me a muddy look.  This one in Parke Ave. Princess is very natural yet does the job!

Urban Decay Finger Brush – I adore this brush!  I don’t use it for concealer and that’s what they say it’s for.  I love it for a eye shadow crease brush!  It places my shadow right where I want it and is great for blending for a smokey eye!  HIGHLY recommend!

Anastasia Beverly Hills Norvina Eyeshadow Palette – I have a lot of shadow palettes and this is one of my favorite new ones!  This palette has so many pretty colors!  There are several frosted colors and I tend to shy away from those as I get older but I use them very sparingly and so far really love this palette.

Zadro Magnified Ligthed Vanity Mirror – Not available at Sephora but got a ton of questions about this mirror seen in my photos.  I’ve had it for 3 years and love it!  One side is 1x and the other 5x magnification!  It’s a beautiful yet functional make up mirror!
