Happy Monday!  Hope you had a great weekend!  Weather was absolutely gorgeous in my neck of the woods! As you’ve probably heard every blogger and their sister is gearing up for the Nordstrom Anniversary sale which begins for cardholders on Thursday.  There are so many great Fall finds that are greatly reduced.  There are also sooo many great sales going on for summer clothes as you’ve no doubt heard me mention here.  This adorable geometric eyelet top is on sale and it also comes in black.  I might have to get that one too!  I LOVE the print of the eyelit and the big sleeves really give it that extra “oomph” lol! How does 40 percent off sound?  Today’s look is from Gap and through today code DEAL will get you 40 percent off my top and chinos!  This bell sleeve top is the perfect summertime shirt and a great and easy weekend look.  The lace detail is sweet and so pretty and it’s very soft and comfortable.  Sometimes when I hear “lace” I fear it’s going to be stiff and itchy.  NOT the case with this top.  I’m wearing a medium for reference.  I tried it with a strapless bra and maybe it was my bra, but I didn’t like how it looked.  A cute and lightweight cami would be perfect under it.  That’s why I sized up for a bit of extra room.  Also, I have been getting a LOT of mileage from my mules. Happy 4th of July!  Usually I post on Mondays but due to the long holiday weekend, I wanted to wait and post this adorable watermelon T shirt today — Because what would the 4th be without a big ole slice of watermelon right? Good Saturday to you!  Are you ready for the long holiday weekend?  We have a relaxing one planned.  Staying home and putting our pool to use!  If you have a pool you likely know what I mean.  It seems the summer flies by and you feel the pressure to make sure you get lots of use of the pool but obligations, sports, errands  etc. can get in the way and before you know it, it is Labor day and you barely used it!  The fourth has become one of my least favorite holidays because our Saint Bernard got spooked a few years ago by a huge neighborhood fireworks show we didn’t know about and she was home alone!  We came back to find her half out of her mind in the back of the basement.  Since then, any mild thunder or booms puts her in a total panic.  I know it’s quite common but it’s a total bummer.  We are constantly herding her to the basement and it’s sometimes even hard to have her go outside to “go.”  She hears one shot, even if it’s far in the distance and she’s running for cover.  So unfortunate!  Anyway, lots of great sales going on right now.  This high low hem Free People short sleeve sweater is adorable and very comfortable.  It’s great over a tee shirt with some jeans and it drapes beautifully.  It comes in three colors and is currently on sale.  Got these pretty Nine West sandals on sale for $28.00 at Marshalls.  Don’t you love the heel design?  There are a lot of good deals to be had at the discount brick and mortar stores too like TjMaxx etc so if you don’t have a lot going on this weekend, go hunting for some summertime deals.  Hope you have a fun and relaxing but most of all, safe fourth of July weekend!  Thanks for stopping by.

Happy Wednesday!  Midweek and a bargain of a look today!  This top is only $17!!!  Whenever I shop at the online retailer Shein, it’s always hit or miss.  The clothing is very inexpensive so don’t expect anything particularly well made!  It usually runs very small too!  But, you simply can’t beat the price sometimes and this blue and white gauze top is one of those sometimes!  It’s extremely soft and lightweight for a warmer day and looks so pretty with white denim, pants or shorts!  My bag is also a real winner!  Check the link above!
