Happy Hump Day already! This summer is flying by! My oldest son is turning 15 tomorrow! It’s so hard to believe – life goes so fast!
Since nothing screams summer more than white denim or pants, I wanted to show you a few ways you can elevate a pair of ho hum white jeans. I have been been finding so much I love from Chico’s this season! I may have mentioned it here before, but I grew up going to Sanibel Island. Sanibel is the home of the very first Chico’s store. We’d vacation on Spring Break with a lot of my parent’s friends and their kids. We’d eat at a restaurant (The Snooty Fox ) in the same retail area as Chico’s. The wait for a table was always long and all the girls would head to Chico’s! Those are some really great memories!
I have been getting a lot online so it’s sometimes hard to know whether things will work out. This jacket is from the traveler’s collection. I loved this coral duster the moment I opened the box. Apparently so does everyone else as it’s selling out fast and on major sale too! You can wear it both belted or open and it’s sort of a crinkly material. You can easily throw it in your suitcase or carry on and it is ready to wear. I’m wearing it with this camisole (these are my favorite camis)
Filigree Burnout Ruana/Wrap
This filigree burnout ruana/wrap is gorgeous and also great for travel. It looks equally smashing worn with either pants or denim shorts as shown here on the model. Goes great with a white T or tank top. Adding to its versatility, this ruana would also make the perfect bathing suit cover up. It’s on major sale as well and comes in 2 sizes. No-Iron Linen Lemon Print Shirttail Tunic
When Life gives you lemons…wear them! While this linen doesn’t wrinkle like linen, calling it no iron might be a bit of a stretch. I love it anyway and find wrinkles are the beauty of linen. This tunic is selling out fast and is on sale. This one in blue is almost the same style, also deeply reduced (at $29 wowza~!) In my cart it goes! AND, there’s also this striped one, and this floral one.
Ordered and just got this puff sleeve top! I LOVE it! I thought it was going to be your typical cotton material but it’s more like silky, performance material. Much cooler and hangs beautifully! I’m getting another.
